SDSU MHIRT: Paid International Summer Research Opportunity for STEM Students

The San Diego State University Minority Health and Health Disparities International Research Training program is now recruiting undergraduate and Master’s level students from all campuses for our summer 2017 research training sites.

Open to:

  • Rising Juniors and Seniors
  • matriculating seniors who will be entering into an advanced degree program in fall 2017
  • master’s level students

Conduct basic-science, biomedical, and public health research in five different countries: Ghana, Mexico, Peru, Taiwan, and Uganda.

  • Research important health issues
  • Gain invaluable experience in a research lab
  • Explore a new country
  • Experience a new culture
  • Earn a summer stipend w/ paid travel expenses
