DOE CSGF Application is Now Open!

Applications are now being accepted for the prestigious Department of Energy Computational Science Graduate Fellowship (DOE CSGF). This program provides up to four years of financial support for students pursuing doctoral degrees in fields of study that utilize high-performance computing to solve complex problems in science and engineering.

As a faculty member or industry professional working closely with graduate and doctoral students, your assistance in identifying qualified candidates for our next class of fellows is vital to the continued success of this program. Below are two online resources that shed light on the DOE CSGF opportunity, benefits and application process. Please share this email and information with qualified applicants (senior undergraduate students and first-year graduate students) and personally encourage them to apply.

  • How to Apply: application insight and access, frequently asked questions, downloadable recruitment poster
  • DEIXIS Magazine: a look at the people and research impacted by the program (also available in print)

Applications are due on or by January 18, 2017. For more information and to access the online application, please visit https://www.krellinst.org/doecsgf/application/ . As always, I welcome you to contact me with any questions and I thank you for your support.
