Women of Color in STEM Research Study (Indiana University)

The Department of Counseling and Educational Psychology at Indiana University is recruiting participants for a research study that seeks to understand the role of gendered-racial microaggression on the academic persistence of underrepresented minority women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) doctoral programs.

Study participants will be asked to complete an online survey that will last no more than 45 minutes. Upon completion of their participation, each student will receive a $20 Amazon gift card.

In order to participate in this study, students must: (a) identify as female; (b) belong to any of the following racial/ethnic group(s): Hispanic/Latinx, Black/African American, Native American, Asian American, Alaskan Native/Pacific Islander; (c) be currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program in the physical sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
