2016 SCI Internship Applications due December 15, 2015

Undergraduate Students!  We have a terrífic internship opportunity for you.  This is open to chemistry and chemical engineering majors who are US citizens or permanent residents with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. If you’re interested please visit www.acs.org/SCI for more information.

Applications for the SCI Scholars 2016 summer internship program are due December 15, 2015.

In this prestigious program, about 30 chemistry and chemical engineering majors will be selected for 10-week Summer 2016 internships. Winners will receive

  • $6,000-$10,000+ stipend, depending on the internship
  • Additional benefits for some internships
  • Certificate of recognition
  • Additional $1,000, which can be used for any purpose, such as participation at an ACS or AIChE meeting
  • Opportunity to nominate an inspiring high school chemistry teacher for recognition with a certificate and $1,000
